  • 131 – Actual number of land parcels SOLD.
  • $5,000 – Lowest Priced Sale:  (.68 acre in Walterboro – 20% of listed price)
  • $1,190,000 – Highest Priced Sale.  (.64 acre in Daniel Island -98% of listed price)

The Charleston area land market is a challenge. With roughly 5% of available land being sold
