My name is Bobby Wallace and I am humbled and grateful that you have taken the time to learn more about Vacant land Solutions and my team. As the owner, it’s ultimately my responsibility to “manage everyone’s expectations” and be accountable. Some days it’s fun. Some days it’s challenging.
I make sure YOU are happy. The radio station that our clients listen to daily is W.I.I.F.M (What’s-In-It-For-Me) so, we tune in everyday by doing our absolute best to provide the maximum offers we can possibly make. I do not believe in negotiating. Negotiating is when you make an offer LESS than your best possible offer. EVERYONE is happy. If you the client is happy…EVERYONE is happy!
We do not make a deal unless you are absolutely satisfied and happy with the transaction. We are not desperate to make deals, so we will never force a deal. We make sure we will present you with fair, written, offers. We will make sure you understand the procedure, we are transparent, very friendly, kind and honest. We before anything else, want you to see us as the people that helped you out of a tight spot!

Life is short. One day I just “woke up”. I realized the everyday grind of life got in the way of living a full and satisfying life. I was not headed towards fulfilling my personal goals and dreams, because well mainly, I never really sat down and evaluated what those goals really were.
I wanted to travel with my wife and soulmate, Robin, try every dish known to man. I wanted to help those in need through my pay-it-forward philosophy. I wanted to live MY dream life. Working for someone else, day in day out, to make their dreams come true, was no longer acceptable. So, I made my Goal Sheet (that what you see on top of this page), and as you can see, working this company, MY company makes it all possible. MY company logo is smack in the middle of this for a reason.
Maybe I watched one too many episodes of those house flipping programs and thought “That’s not real!” I wanted to do something REAL! I have a passion for buying and selling land. To take a piece of raw, wooded land and transform it into something completely different and beautiful is just amazing to me. I love it! I am passionate, kind, honest and genuine. I started this company as a way to better my family’s lives, and to fulfill my personal goals. I wake up every day and evaluate what is important and why I do this. I am truly BLESSED.
I work hard to be the best. Second place is not an option. You can see this through our website, through our customer reviews, through my dedication to you, to us, our goals, “the little things,” to better ourselves every single day.

I am just keeping a promise I made a long, long, long, ago…
……coming from a broken home, I promised that if I ever had a “FAMILY” I would do ever thing in my power to provide for them…to be there for them when they needed me!
I have been in the financial services business since 1982 as a marketing representative, financial
planner, regional director, recruiter, trainer, speaker, real estate agent and loan officer (NMLS #241036). While working closely with accountants, attorneys, real estate agents and others in my sphere I became interested in investing in real estate, especially vacant land; in the early 2000’s, I created the Charleston Real Estate Investor’s Association where beginning investors (1st graders) and more experienced, veteran investors (12th graders) could meet and share knowledge.
The main focus of the group was to give local Charleston Real Estate Investors an opportunity to learn from experts like county tax assessors, code enforcement officials, credit repair workshops, magistrates, landlord experts, Section 8 officials, Probate Judges, credit repair and homebuyer workshops, foreclosure auctions, Cashflow games and many more to better educate themselves significantly.
One of the best learning tools for anyone wanting to get out of the “Rat Race” is Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow game. Each month the members competed for a trophy and bragging rights!

SCAMS & CREDIBILITY
It is crucial that any service provider can show beyond a doubt that they are reliable, credible and competent. It is just too much effort to try to come across as credible. So, I do not put any effort into this. Instead, I decided to be natural, myself, funny, kind and honest. I am confident that if one is honest, it will naturally show in the way they act, what they say, and actions performed.
I am currently documenting a transaction from beginning to end (with the permission from everyone involved in this transaction), so you can see how it all works, what is involved, and what it is like to sell your land to us. From first contact of the land, to signing the contract, to closing, to improving, and finally selling it. As this is an ongoing process it will be interesting to see how it ends. We will be doing this with our latest (July 2020) purchase. Follow along and join our adventure!
